Momma & Emma Domestic Short Hair lititz, PA

“Mama," young and pregnant, was dumped in a residential neighborhood just north of Lititz in May. She went from house to house, finding kind souls to feed and pet her. On or about June 1st, she gave birth to four beautiful calico kittens and kept them well-hidden in a shed. A foster couple learned of her situation and, unsuccessful in finding her owner, took Mama and the kittens into their home, where they have been fully socialized, vetted and loved. Three of the kittens have been adopted but Mama and "Emma" still need loving, indoor-only forever homes.

Mama is approximately 10 months old, silvery gray and white with a silly gray goatee and rare dichromatic eyes (blue around both pupils, then green). She has been spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and tested negative for internal and external parasites, feline leukemia, FIV and heartworm. Having weaned her kittens, she is relaxing into her sweet, calm personality. Mama has used the litter box since Day 1 and tolerates regular nail trims by her foster mom. She loves to perch in front of windows and play with feather teasers.

Emma is now 12 weeks old and is also spayed, chipped and fully vaccinated. A dark calico with green eyes, she sports a freckle near her nose and a pale goatee like Mama's. Emma is very snuggly and, although generally quieter and more "ladylike" than her sisters, enjoys pouncing on toys and minor zoomies. She has never missed the litter box and also tolerates regular nail trims.
