Miss Honey, born approximately 12/10/2022, is an angel-faced, kind, loving, and beautiful sweetheart who was a victim of abuse prior to being rescued. She has pellets lodged under her skin from being shot at by a BB gun. While trying to raise her family outside, she witnessed tragic deaths of at least 2 of her kittens while having to watch the remaining two kittens be intentionally harmed by cruel humans. Miss Honey has no reason to trust a human ever again but she has blossomed beautifully in her foster home where she is being rehabilitated and is learning to trust again. This exotic-looking, stunning lady is SO sweet and gentle natured, loves to be pet and to simply hang out in your space while you read, watch tv, do puzzles, paint, etc. She will need a quieter home with lots of stability and routine, and of course, a caring and loving family who will give her the time she needs to warm up to them. Once she knows you’re a friend, she is such a charming and affectionate girl who purrs loudly and makes the cutest biscuits.

Adopting from Sheets Pet Clinic cat adoptions is simple! Request an application, answer a few follow-up questions, then when your application is approved, we set up a meet-greet. The application helps us guide you to your best match. If we don’t have your best match, we can refer you to other great rescue groups.

Our adoption fee is $100 for each cat 6 months and older, $150 if you adopt two 6+ month-old cats at the same time. $125 for each kitten, $200 for two kittens adopted at the same time. That fee includes spay or neuter, microchipping (we register the chip for you), testing for FeLV (Feline Leukemia) and/or FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), current, age-appropriate vaccinations, FeLV vaccinations for kittens, flea treatment and deworming. All adoptees receive an “exit exam” from one of our veterinarians before going home.

NO RISK! Adoption fee is refundable for two weeks to make sure you've found a match for your household. Even after two-week period, we'll take the adopted cat back for any reason
Adoption Fairs held at the clinic on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month, unless the Saturday falls on an observed holiday. Applications still required to be approved before adoption, but the fairs are open to the public and are typically between 1-3pm. Watch for announcements on our Facebook page!

**The Sheets Pet Clinic cat adoption program is funded entirely by the clinic. Every staff member is part of the rescue team. Staff members devote countless off-the-clock hours to the cats in our care. Sheets Pet Clinic is a full-service veterinary hospital plus a low-cost spay/neuter clinic.
