Hi dearie, I’m Mimi—a gentle gal who’s just the SWEETEST cat you’ll ever met. And I can’t wait to find a forever family who can’t wait for a cuddly, playful, adorable cat to love them always.

My foster mom said that I am just about the sweetest, most affectionate cat she’s ever met. I love to hang out on your lap, lick your nose, get lots of pets...I even like being held like a baby! I also have a really cute playful side of my personality. I love to play with my wand toy and still have a fun little energy for a 9yr old gal (but after a spurt of 15 minutes of playtime, I’m ready to snuggle again!)

And don’t you worry about me, dear, I know my way around a litter box. I also understand the word “no.” My foster parents aren’t sure if I’ve met a little kiddo before, but I imagine if they’re gentle with me, I’ll be gentle with them. I also have lived with a dog in a previous home so while PawsCo can’t officially report on how I am with a dog friend, I think I’d do just fine with a gentle dog buddy. I haven’t lived with cats so I can’t share how I’d do with a cat friend.

It is important to mention that I have FIV, an immunodeficiency virus. I will very likely live a normal and happy life but I may have a weaker immune system as I age. Therefore, I need to be an indoor cat and be fed a nutritious diet to help me stay healthy. Also, for your information, FIV is not transferable to humans or dogs (and can only be transferred to other cats through a deep cat bite).
