Mimi is very sweet and loves affection. She is a very affectionate lap kitty who is great with people but prefers to be an only kitty.
She has been through a lot, being left behind by her family, then left behind again and again by caretakers as they moved on. She was very thin and suffering from severe flea dermatitis when rescued, with missing fur due to constant scratching. Despite all she has gone through, she is still sweet as can be and trusting of whoever is taking care of her.
Mimi has some permanent scarring on her tail but is beautiful. She has put weight on and she loves people food but will eat anything. Her fur has grown back in and she is soft and shiny!
Even though she is indoors, due to her high allergic response to fleas, she needs to be on monthly flea treatment permanently---even one flea that makes its way indoors will cause a bad reaction and will make her very uncomfortable again.
Mimi needs a hero who won't leave her behind again. You will be rewarded with lots of love and appreciation.
