Meet Merlin
Say hello to Merlin, a gorgeous 3-year-old male black/grey/white Maine Coon mix. He was surrendered to us due to him not getting along with the other cats in the household. He doesn't get along very well with other cats, but he does tolerate calm dogs that don't chase him. He's said to be very shy with strangers and children, likes to be independent and may favor one family member as his person. He is now adjusting being here with us, he will hiss and shy away at first but will accept head pets and close his eyes almost immediately afterward. He has beautiful eyes and the softest fur! He also has a heart murmur that does not require further diagnostics unless clinical signs are noted. This sweet boy needs a patient adopter that will give him the time that he needs to adjust and become part of a loving family.
