Meet Melissa
Good morning, sunshine! Melissa will find any patch of sun she can and curl up to soak in the warmth. And in that light, all of her beautiful colors of orange, buff, white, and fawn take on a glow.
This friendly tabby girl was found living on the streets in Fort Greene and at first she was very shy of human touch (although she loved being around the folks who fed her cat colony). Melissa was taken in and got great vet care and has really opened up to being loved and petted and even getting some belly rubs when she gets to know you. Show her you’re going to be her trusted buddy and she will thrive.
Melissa is such a gentle, sweet girl who would love her moment in the sun in a forever home.
