Medusa is a striking 1-year-old black cat who has come to us from a hoarding situation, along with several other cats and kittens. She’s still adjusting to shelter life and, at the moment, is very shy and prefers to hide in the cozy hidey spots we’ve set up for her. It’s clear that Medusa needs time and patience to feel comfortable and secure in her new surroundings, and we’re giving her all the space she needs to do just that.

While she may be a little nervous right now, we believe that with the right environment and a patient adopter, Medusa will start to trust and show her true, sweet personality. She may not be ready for cuddles just yet, but we’re hopeful that with time, she’ll feel safe enough to open up.
