Meet Maxine

Maxine is a sleepy, 3-year-old lovebug looking for a sunny nap spot in a forever

Maxine is the queen of the nappers! She also enjoys getting as many pets as
possible. You’ll know that she is ready for attention when she does “the flop.” If
you walk by, she’ll immediately belly flop on her side, ready for tummy rubs and

She prefers being with her people more than anything else. Maxine is a nonstop
cuddler, and requires a gentle arm on her if you’re sitting nearby on the couch.
Maxine is a smart girl and knows her name—she will come running from any
room when you call her. She also enjoys being carried around.

Maxine would do best with a chill, relaxed family, with plenty of nap spots for her
to explore. She would be an ideal apartment cat, as aside from a few minutes of
nighttime zoomies, Maxine is content to sit and watch her people work and play
around her. She has lived with children in her previous home, and reportedly
loved them, as long as they can respect basic cat boundaries. She’s also be okay
with equally laid-back cats or dogs who wouldn’t bug her when she’s getting her
all-important beauty sleep!

If you’re ready for a constant, relaxed companion to sit by you as you work and
play, consider adding this lovely snugglebug to your home.
