Mateo came to Purr Partners Feline Rescue all alone and was lucky enough that the same day he arrived, we were bringing in a mama cat with two kittens. The mama cat allowed Mateo to join her family, so he had a loving mother and two siblings to play with. Being the smallest of the three, he decided he needed to have the biggest personality so he would not be overlooked!

Mateo is all boy! When he gets a toy in his mouth, he will run around the house and not let anyone play with it. Clearly, he is still working on his sharing skills. If you are not paying enough attention to him, he will either scream to get your attention or jump up your leg to get into your arms. You better hope you are wearing pants when he decides to make that leap!

Mateo is young, so he will need to either be adopted with another cat or have a cat young enough in the house to play with him. He has been around dogs, and he is not afraid. As you can see from the photos, he is quite adorable.
