Mandy! Mandy is a former teen mom, launching her final litter of kittens. She's about 2 years old, spayed, UTD on vaccines, and FiV+FeLv negative. She was rescued from the streets of South Philly and has been making good progress on her socialization skills. Has done well with an additional unrelated cat in the past. She is a pretty chill cat who mostly prefers watching the world go by.
