Mama Gato came into our rescue after we learned that she has been a stray and giving birth to several kittens outside. She came to us pregnant and had 5 healthy and happy babies. Mama is sweet, affectionate and a bit shy at first as she is used to living on the streets and fending for herself. She has been an indoor cat for months now and has done well. She appears to be about 5 years old and has the prettiest markings and color. She loves to give head bumps and loves having her whiskers scratched. She has been great with her babies so we know she will do well with one of of kittens or maybe another young kitten.
This cat is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and FiV/Felv tested. To make sure they are placed in appropriate homes we do require an adoption application, short interview, contract and an adoption fee. Typically adoptions take 3-7 days unless they kitten you ask about is not old enough to be altered, for most kittens that is 8-10 weeks.
