This brave little guy reminds us how every life — no matter where it starts — deserves a chance. Malachi opts out of soft food, and only plays with the most enticing toys, he is an observer and will play when he chooses to play, not a moment sooner. Malachi is neutered, microchipped, FVRCP vaccinated, and has tested negative for FeLV and positive for FIV. !!! It is the policy of Desert Paws Rescue that all potential cat adopters complete a Cat Adoption Consultation Form and an interview with a Desert Paws representative in order to be considered as a forever home for our cats and kittens. Completion of the application and interview process does not guarantee an adoption approval or guarantee the adoption of a particular cat or kitten. Desert Paws Rescue is a privately run, all-volunteer, non-profit organization and reserves the right to refuse any adoption that is not in the best interest of the cat or kitten, based on our principles, policies, and standards. Desert Paws Rescue will determine the best home for each cat or kitten based on the application and interview process. After review of the adoption consultation form and the completion of the interview with a Desert Paws representative, Desert Paws Rescue may recommend a different cat or kitten that is more suitable to your household.
