Meet Magyar
FOSTERED IN: Frankfort, IL
Approximate Date of Birth: February 9, 2019
COLOR/BREED: Black
GENDER: Female
KIDS: unknown
DOGS: unknown
CATS: Yes
HISTORY:Â
Magyar came from an open admission shelter on the Southside of Chicago
ABOUT:Â
Magyar was brought into the shelter with her three kittens. When they were transferring her and the kittens to a cage, she ran and hid. The poor girl was so scared that it took a week to capture her. We already had her kittens in foster care so we put her in her own foster home so we could spend time with her.
We really started to think he was feral so we figured we would have to find her placement with an outdoor caretaker. Everyday we spent time with her and it paid off! She really came around, and we also found out that she is great with other cats!
She is a talker, and a lap cat once she knows you. She feels most confident when around other cats and loves to chirp at them.
This girl would do best in a home with other cats, or a friend from the adoption center where she is currently located.
