**CAT ADOPTION SPECIAL* $75 ADOPTION FEE** Hello! My name is Magpie. My siblings and I were found behind a gas station trying to survive on our own- talk about scary! . The person who found us brought us to Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue, where we got all the care we needed to grow up healthy. I am now ready to find my forever home! As you can see, I'm a beautiful black and white tuxedo cat. I am very social and friendly and get along well with other cats. My idea of a great night is curled up on someone's or a comfy sofa, relaxing and watching TV with my family. I'm estimated at 5 months old as of mid-October My $125 adoption fee has been lowered to $75 includes all of the medical care I received, vet exams, up-to-date vaccines, deworming, FELV/FIV test (negative), microchip, and spaying, all already done. 1) Submit application 2) Application is reviewed for completeness and assigned to an adoption coordinator 3) Adoption coordinator verifies critical information on the application, contacts references and ensures that the requested animal is a good fit for the family 4) Adoption coordinator, in conjunction with rescue management, approves or denies application 5) Upon notification of approval, an adoption coordinator works with foster and adopter to set up an adoption appointment to bring your new family member home! We strive to work through adoption applications as soon as we can. We are 100% volunteer-based so it can take a day or two to complete the review. This also depends on the response time of your references. Should you change your mind or adopt a different animal after submission, please inform us so we do not spend unnecessary time on your application.
