Meet Maggie May & Layla (Eve kittens)

Sisters Maggie May and Layla came to Cat Tales when someone found them living outside and contacted us to take them in. Maggie May and Layla are very bonded so we are looking to get them adopted together. They're both still a bit shy and nervous around people, Layla more than Maggie, but sweet once they get to know you. Maggie will start purring once she's comfortable and they will both allow you to pick them up and hold them. They like to fall asleep on their foster mom's chest or by her legs on the couch. They are also playful, especially enjoying chasing wand toys. They also play together, chasing each other and wrestling in their bedroom when by themselves. They have only been in their foster home since Jan. 18th, so we're sure they will continue to blossom and get more and more comfortable and friendly with their human companions. We would love to see them get adopted together by a patient, caring adopter who will understand that it might take a little while for them to become fully comfortable and trusting.

*****If this profile is active on Petfinder, the kitty is still available and has not already been approved for adoption. You do not need to message to ask us if the kitty is still available.*****

If you are interested in adopting this kitty, please submit an application online at www.CatTalesInc.org and a Cat Tales Adoption Application Review Team member will contact you within 72 hours by email to begin processing your application and answer any questions you have.

All kitties from Cat Tales will be spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped before they go to their homes. Please note that most kittens are not big/old enough for spay/neuter until they reach approximately 12 or 13 weeks. Most kittens posted here are below that age, so please note their DOB here and understand that they will not be ready for adoption until they have been fully vetted.
