Hello, my name is Mae. My Story begins when I was left pregnant at the shelter in May of 2021. I had my babies at the shelter and we remained there until October when my foster mom came and got us. Oh how nice it was to have the sunshine on my face and be able to look out the window. I like to sit in the door and watch the leaves blow around. I'm a big girl and can be a bit goofy looking when I play and roll around like a kitten. My heart is big and full of love to give. Do you have room in your home and heart to love me?

There is no obligation to adopt by completing an application, however, we do recommend submitting an application as soon as you find an animal you are interested in. We review applications in the order they are received.

Completed applications can be sent via email to adopt@jcapl.org , faxed to 919-300-5524 or delivered in person by visiting us at one of our adoption events on Saturdays at PetSmart in Garner (White Oak Shopping Center).
