Lupine's Story

Lupine is a sweet, quiet young female who was spotted and trapped with her kittens. She actually was not wild, just scared. She has never offered to bite or scratch. We wonder if she and her family had been dumped. Lupine now likes to be petted and loves her face and chin to be gently scratched. She can be held, but, probably not ideal with children. Lupine's kittens are older now, she is spayed and ready for a new gentle home of her own.

We have one full time Animal Control Officer who oversees the shelter and we have a dedicated group of volunteers.
