Luka and Luna were found living among a group of community cats, though they were just small kittens. When a new young woman moved into the apartment complex in that area, she saw the little ones and took pity on them. It was obvious that both kittens had issues with their sight, and they needed to be rescued right away! In order to give them the best of care, their foster mom took them to the veterinary eye specialist in Wake Forest for a full exam. It is clear that Luka sees well, but has slight impairment. Luna sees some light, in one of her eyes. The specialist has determined that Luna will not need surgery to remove her eyes, and there's only a 10% she ever will. She gets along great, just as though her sight wasn't impaired at all! Both kittens are as sweet as can be and deserve the very best, loving homes.
