Luau Lydia is a senior Torti girl that was born in September 2010 and weighs 7.5 pounds. She was surrendered with her housemate Fruity Fran. Named after the popular type of chicken salad from Chicken Salad Chick.

Luau Lydia is a diva. Much like other torti cats, Lydia always has something to say and will happily tell you whether you are listening or not. Most of the time she just wants you to pick her up and let her cling to your shoulder like a monkey. She loves to be held and carried around and we are not sure why. Her sister, Fruity Fran, is equally and friendly and lovable but would prefer never to be picked up if at all possible. Maybe Lydia is just compensating for her sister's feeling towards being held. We would love to see Luau Lydia get home with her sister. They have been together their whole lives and still enjoy being around each other.

We're open Wednesday - Sunday 12 - 5 p.m but are doing meet & greets and adoptions by appointment only.

The adoption fee is $50 which includes a free veterinary exam within 2 weeks of adoption at local participating vets, up to date vaccinations, test for FELV/FIV, dewormer, flea preventative, microchip, & spay or neuter.
