Lotti's mom showed up on a farm near Clarksville, Iowa, and within days had a litter of kittens. The farm has spayed the mom and is going to keep her. We took Lotti and her brother and sisters in. They are living in a foster home. Lotti is now up to date on shots, tested FeLV / FIV negative, and spayed.

Lotti is about 18-weeks-old as of August 21st, 2019. She is so soft, fluffy, and pretty! She starts off very shy but becomes more friendly and outgoing every day. New situations scare her so she needs time to adjust. She was the most skittish out of this litter so will need an owner willing to give her time to adjust and settle into their home. She loves to play and run around once she is comfortable. She should do ok with other cats and dogs. Older kind children would be best.

This kitten family is Leta, Nessie, Bambi, Lotti, and Ashton.

Lotti must be adopted into a home with another young cat for her to bond with and play with. Or she can be adopted with her brother or sisters. She cannot be an only cat. She must have a cat friend.

10/25/19 UPDATE: All of Lotti's siblings have been adopted. Lotti is very sweet once she gets to know you. She likes to be petted. She will come to you for attention. She can still be skittish. new situations scare her and she will do a little hiss to express herself. Her hissing is getting less and less all the time.

Lotti's adoption fee is $95.00.

All animals see a vet for shots and normal exams. If they appear healthy and there are no obvious health concerns, then extensive testing is not done. This is normal procedure for pet rescues and shelters.
Waverly Pet Rescue puts a lot of money into medical care for each dog and cat we take in. $200 is the average cost for basic care. This does not include if the animal had an injury, required extra flea / ear mite treatments, or needed extra days at the vet office.
