Meet Loopy

Loopy is the funniest, most lively cat you will ever see! He was diagnosed with a neurological injury that hindered his balance and agility as a kitten, but he has adapted well and other than a head tilt, has no other issues. He loves to climb and jump, get into everything and he LOVES water! The only real special need he has is he probably should not be allowed outside as he might not be able to defend himself.
