Meet Locket

Locket is a 1.5-year-old sweet cat looking for her forever home.

Locket can be a little tentative about interacting at first, but if you let her come up to you, she loves pets. She will rub and walk back and forth to get more. If you stop, she will lower her head to get under your hand and rub to get more petting. She is not into getting picked up but will snuggle a bit a night.

Locket's favorite spot used to be at the top of the stairs, but she has moved on to window sills and chilling in the living room. She is usually pretty content to just hang out with her foster mom during the day but also likes to explore the rest of the house. She is very good at using her scratching box (instead of furniture) because that means she gets treats!

Locket is pretty chill. She likes hanging out with her foster family and looking out the window but isn't very interested in toys. Once in a while, she will bat around a ball.

Locket currently lives in a house with her foster parents and her teenage foster sister. It's usually pretty quiet and that's probably best for Locket.

Locket is an easy cat to have around. She doesn't need constant attention but can be very affectionate and sweet.

There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best estimate.

Adoption fees include a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%.

All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow up visits and boosters that are not covered by Pet Haven after adoption.
