Meet Lizzy
**Lizzy is located in the St. Charles, IL area**
Lizzy was rescued by a kind soul in Southern IL. They found her as she was due to be put down...one of her siblings had passed away and she had stopped eating. She quickly improved at her temporary foster and she was transported up to us.
Lizzy is a bit shy but she loves other animals. When she first got to her new foster home, she immediately cuddled up with the foster's labrador retriever. Soon she was seeking solace in with the other cats in the house.
Lizzy also loves cuddling and playing with her foster mom. We are working on teaching her how to catch her toys. We are also working on re-directing her tendency towards play biting -- at this point, she may be better with older children. She is generally a calm and mellow cat. She has a very cute and quiet meow that gets a little higher pitched when there is food being served (human or kitty!). She loves joining her fellow foster kittens in begging (mostly unsuccessfully) for food.
We would prefer that Lizzy is adopted to a house with a friendly cat or cat-friendly dog. She loves her people, but she has a special bond with her animal friends.
