Hi! My name is Little Momma. They call me that because I had a litter of two kitties when I was very young (and little). One of those kitties (Sam), has lived with me since he was born. I am about 12 years old, now, and I have always lived with loving people who took very good care of me. When they had to move, they were unable to take me. They were very disappointed and sad, but they knew Purple Paws would find just the perfect family to give me a furrever home!
I spend a lot of time laying in the window, in the cool breeze of the evening, and the warm sun of the afternoon. My foster Mom has been feeding me, petting me, talking to me, singing to me, and giving me occasional kitty treats.
If you look at my nose, you will see the little heart. That means I just want to be loved! My foster mom has let their two dogs into the office (the room where I am staying for now) and we look at each other. But then I growl a little, and they just leave me alone.
When I first came to my foster home, My foster mom started picking me up once in a while, which was brave, because I would growl and occasionally hiss at her. But I never scratched or bit. But, now I have come to understand that she just wants to love on me, so we are getting along really well. If she could just get in this window and sit with me in the sun, we could be best of friends! But, for now, I sit and she pets me.
I have been spayed and am to date on all my shots, and ready to find just the perfect person. Before my owner brought me to Purple paws, she said I was a lover who just liked to be petted and talked to. And my Foster mom said this seems to be true.
