Lawrence and Lou are a charming, playful pair of adult tabby cats looking to settle into a loving home!

Lawrence is an outgoing, 2-year-old fellow with big paws and a curious nature. He loves to come up to you face to face for head scratches and pets, or to lie down next to you while you're sleeping. Rub his ears and his belly, and watch him do big jumps for a wand toy.

Lou is a reserved, fun-loving cutie. He enjoys charging through a cat tunnel, chasing after a toy, and getting pets on the head.

The boys' favorite activities include play-fighting, looking out the window and observing the goings-on outside, and chilling out on a nice soft chair or cat bed. Catnip stimulates their fun-loving and playful sides. They are happy to play-fight gently with you as well. They are very aware of their own claws/teeth and won't hurt you! They use the litterbox like champs, but may benefit from a climb-in box to prevent tracking.

This dynamic duo is also very curious about humans; you might look up and catch both of them looking back at you with curiosity sparkling in their eyes!

As for food, the boys love wet food but can be a bit more picky with dry kibble. Lou's favorite food is Purina One Turkey and Gravy. Lawrence loves an Inaba Churu cat treat!

These guys do a lot of lounging but also find times to race around when they're feeling playful. Lawrence is a bit more laid back, and Lou is a bit more energetic.

The boys are currently staying with me in my two-bedroom apartment in Northeast Minneapolis. There are no other pets or humans in the space.

Lawrence and Lou would do best in a home where their adoptive parent(s) can give them love, attention, and playtime. Someone who works from home or is around a lot would be so nice for them. I think they would be great companions for cat-savvy kids, too. Lawrence met a dog and was pretty uncomfortable. Lou seemed a bit wary, but more open to maybe sharing space.

I think it's possible that with the proper introductions and guidance from patient humans, they could potentially share space with another animal.

These two are sweet, stripey buddies, ready for the right home to let them live their best lives and give lots of love in return. Could that be with you?

Cats are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow-up visits.
