My name is Laser Beam. I am 6 month old tabby domestic short hair. My life is far from perfect, but sit back, hold tight, and let me explain. I was born in the care of Rescue One with 5 other kittens, all happy and healthy. My foster mom tells me I’m the runt of the group and have some bad bones. I have been diagnosed with what we will call scoliosis. This causes me to have a curved spine, not walk very well, no ability to jump, and limited stairs mobility. With my spine curvature, I have to take a medication twice a day to help me poop since the curve is putting pressure on my nerves. Sometimes the meds works so well I don’t make it to the litter box either, so technically I am not litter box trained. I am sure you have quit reading by now but if you haven’t, let me tell you my good qualities. I am the happiest, cuddliest, purring guy you will ever meet. I love dinner time, snuggle time, and don’t mind taking medications. My life expectation is unknown as you will need to do every 2 to 3 month X-rays to tell the progression of my spinal problems. At some point I may grow out of this or my issues may get worst, it’s all in someone else’s hands. I just need my new family to understand the best care for me and willing to love me. The good news is…my foster mom, foster brothers and sister, and canine and feline friends say I can stay as long as I need to find the perfect home. So as you can tell I live with small children, other cats and dogs and get along with pretty much everyone I meet. So I would love to meet you!
