Snuggle-bug!! Meet Lasagna! This all-black lady has silky soft fur that she enjoys having brushed. She is also a fan of being gently held and snuggled by her caretakers. In general, she is a mild-mannered lady who likes a soft lounging spot, company, and affection. You'll probably hear her start to purr as you approach. We do have one bit of advice: Do not get between her and her food! This lady loves a good meal and once her tummy is full, she's a wonderful and sweet cat.
We had found that she could be overwhelmed by all the cats in her room at the shelter. While she may be amenable to another cat in her home, she shouldn't be adopted to be a companion to another cat.
Lasagna is now playing with her new foster family. Her foster reports, 'Lasagna vigorously chases a long ribbon. She doesn't seem to have interest in other toys. She is affectionate and purrs super loudly but is pretty independent so far. Most of the time, you wouldn't even know there's a cat in the house! She spends a lot of time sitting in the window.'
