Meet Lacey! Very Affectionate Girl!

Meet our ridiculously sweet female kitty named Lacey! Lacey is about 6 years old, and she is a very affectionate girl! Unfortunately, she and her owners lost their home in a fire recently, and her family had no where to take her. Lacey was caught in the home during the fire, and was injured when she first came to us. She was covered in soot, had her whiskers mostly burned off, and her paws were burned. After some time and care, Lacey has made a wonderful recovery, and the skin has grown back on her paw pads.
Lacey is a super friendly cat who loves getting attention from people! She loves to sit on your lap and be pet. Lacey is fine being picked up, carried around, and held. She is ready to be adopted into a family that can give her the love and attention she craves! Lacey did live in a home with other cats, so we think she would be fine in a home with another cat. She is not a fan of dogs at all and gets very stressed out around them. If you are interested in adopting Lacey, Please Email us at Adopt@savingpawsct.org for more info!

MAC IS OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK (M-F 8-4pm) (Sat-Sun 10-4pm) Appts to meet dogs can made to suit your schedule, please email/call for an appt. We do prefer to be contacted by email for adoption inquiries at Adopt@savingpawsct.org. The office phone number is 203-235-4179. Leave a message, and someone will call you back promptly.

You must be 21 years of age to adopt with valid ID. There is a short application for adoption, however if you do not own your home, or you own a condo, we must speak with your landlord or housing association giving permission to dogs/cats. Bully breed specific permission is required if you rent or own a condo. If you own your home, proof of home ownership is required. If there are other pets in the home they must be licensed (if a dog) and up to date on vaccinations. If there is another dog in the home a dog interaction must be done at the shelter before adoption, to ensure the safety and well being of all pets. All children in the home need to be declared and brought down to meet the animal.
Applications must be submitted and approved BEFORE a meet and greet can be scheduled to meet an animal.

ALL ANIMALS ARE SPAYED AND NEUTERED BEFORE THEY GO HOME.
