Kristoff Domestic Short Hair Fairfax, VA

My name is Kristoff and my foster refers to me as the gentle giant. Personally I think that's a bit strange since I am not that big, weighing it at 10.9 lbs. I think she gave me that name because I have adorable fat cheeks.
In the shelter I was not doing well. All the loud noises and barking dogs really shut me down. The rescue I am with was there to to pick up an older cat and they were asked to take me also. Boy am I glad they did!
In a home environment I am gentle, and loving. I especially love chin scratches and these things called cat toys that I never had before.. I would love a quiet home with a welcoming feline pal. I am also great with the fosters small dog.
I am one of the lucky ones. Someone at the shelter saw something special in my and helped me make it out.
