Hey! I'm Kohl, and I'm a brown tabby boy who is about 2 years old. I am not what you would call a "happy camper" here at the shelter. In fact, I'm positively grouchy, but you would be too if you were in my shoes. I might hiss or swipe at you, so I need someone who will go easy and slowly with me. My furever family will need to be patient with me and make sure I have boxes and other safe hiding spots until I feel comfortable and safe. I can definitely be a good boy, but I've been through so much that it takes time for me to learn to trust people.
The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
