Knife is a fluffy boy that was born in September 2020.

Knife is a very sweet guy who has come a long way in just a few days. He seems to attach himself to other cats in the room for comfort and can be intimidated by the large space. If you approach him and give him good chin and neck scratches, he opens up quickly and will happily accept the affection. Knife was originally brought in with a litter of kittens to McKamey Animal Center where he was cared for in a foster home and eventually adopted as a young kitten. We are not sure what happened in his adopted home, but we were told that he was just a little too shy for their taste and recently returned him. Knife may be a little shy and scared to ask for attention, but he wants to be loved and we’re happy to provide until he finds his new forever home.

We're open Wednesday - Sunday 12 - 5 p.m but are doing meet & greets and adoptions by appointment only.

The adoption fee is $50 which includes a free veterinary exam within 2 weeks of adoption at local participating vets, up to date vaccinations, test for FELV/FIV, dewormer, flea preventative, microchip, & spay or neuter.
