Meet Kitty! This robust queen has been described as independent but attention seeking from her people. Don't let that fool you though, she loves a good ear scritch and will come to you for affection. She loves to be petted and enjoys cushy places to lounge. She has been particularly fond of having a pillow to lay against! We also think she would be a fan of a nice cat tree or window perch where she could keep up with the neighborhood action.<br/><br/>Kitty has lived with other cats and children and wasn't really a fan. She would do best in a quiet home without young children or other pets. All introductions should be slow and proper when introducing new animals. Ask staff for tips!<br/><br/>Kitty enjoys spending her day observing everything and everyone from her throne. She loves a good play session with her people! An adoption hold reserves available animals for one day after the animal is ready to be adopted. Adoption holds are $25 plus tax, are non-refundable, non-transferable and not applied toward the adoption fee.<br/><br/>**Minnesota sales tax and an administrative fee ($20 for cats/dogs and $10 for small animals) will be applied to all adoptions. Donations and adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter surgeries, microchipping, vaccinating, deworming, any medical procedures, and general care of all shelter animals.
