It's kitten season at Griffin Pond Animal Shelter.
Please submit an adoption application so it can be processed while kittens are waiting to move out to the adoption area.
Kittens in all sorts of colors. Black solid male kittens are available NOW in the adoption area, and they're growing up fast.
Photos are a general representation and depict kittens that have already gone to their forever home.
Adopt from the shelter rather than going to a pet store, through the newspaper, or online! Cats adopted from the shelter are tested for FIV/FeLV (Feline Aids/Feline Leukemia), have the FVRCP combination vaccine, are spayed/neutered, wormed, flea checked and microchipped.
Compare the adoption fee of $50 for an adult cat with the cost of these services at your local veterinarian and you'll see that Adoption IS the Best Option!! Adoption fee for a kitten up to one year old is $65; 2/$75. (Senior cats already spayed/neutered to seniors age 60 and over, adoption fee only $10.)
