Meet our adorable tabby sisters, Kit Keller (lighter, ticked tabby) & Dottie Hinson (dark and spottier), who make up our “A League of Their Own” litter!

These sweet ladies have delightfully balanced personalities. Play time and love time are both important in their books. One of the sisters, Dottie has food higher up on her list of likes and can easily be won over by treat time. Wand toys, looking out of the window, and finding neat places to lounge and nap are also on that list.

Besides being sweet, these chatty girls have both dog and cat experience. They are currently being fostered with a wonderful pit mix who has shown the girls that friends come in all different species. The girls are great together and are also respectful of the resident cats’ boundaries and can take no for an answer if playtime is not on the table. While Kit and Dottie are wonderful friends, they are not necessarily bonded but would do well in a home with another social cat or dog in the house.

The girls spent a little more time than other kittens outside before being rescued and therefore take a little while to warm up. Their friendship is absolutely worth the wait! Patience is required but they are flexible and open to be bribed with treats. Kit will seek you out for attention and cuddles, especially when you settle down on the couch. Dottie is coming around to seek cuddles as well. Both ladies are happy cats that like to be around you but are not necessarily needy.

The girls have some chewing tendencies with fingers but do not mean to hurt anyone (and they never do). They just might not be the best fit for younger children!

Kit and Dottie are all around great kittens. Very sweet, curious, and playful. They are good at entertaining themselves and are respectful of other animals. Their adopters should expect a slow transition to ensure a proper introduction but slow and steady wins the race! Once they are confident with their surroundings they really shine.
