Kessie *'s Story
A stunning, teenage female who is still not quite comfortable with our world, but is really trying. She came to Wishbone House after the Allegan County Shelter reached out to our team, the shelter's fear was Kessie would turn feral if not properly socialized. She came to Wishbone House with two other cats, hissing and hiding, but not once lashing out. A few months later with a lot of love attention and wet food Kessie head butts your hand for a scratch and rolls over for a tummy rub. Her ideal home would be quiet but interesting, for she is very curious. Kessie would be her best self going home with one of her roommates Tigger or Roo. Come meet our Kessie at the Wishbone House in Douglas and/or go online to wishbonepetrescue.org and fill out an adoption application for her.
