Well......You found SAVE OUR STRAYS cat rescue. A (mostly) free roaming cat shelter, on the 2nd and 3rd floors of my Pittsburgh home. I am very good at playing match maker for the cats here or guiding you all along the way, with the one you feel a connection too.

For KAYRO- this little black stallion has the cutest mannerisms and was very playful when he was here with his siblings. All 3 kittens were just listed both of KAYRO'S siblings have been adopted already so were hoping to find him a home ASAP so he is not buy himself for long. The little boy has gone from outside, to inside in a crate, to surgery, then I clean his ears , now his siblings have disappeared. Sadly, it is the process but what is not sad is this little one will find his way into a loving home and he is not outside in the elements. He would probably prefer a brother or sister in his forever home, but he can not talk and he is young so he will mold to his family as he goes through his last life adjustment.

KAYRO is fully vetted which means he is neutered -2 vaccines for FVRCP , his rabies vaccine, microchipped,dewormed and tested negative for FeLV & FIV. The combo test alone at a private vet will cost $120 but we already paid and did all the hard work for you. He needs nothing but your love and care.

I am a small town rescuer from Pittsburgh who pulls these helpless babies from either outside or unsafe situations and gets them fully vetted and into loving homes. I put a lot of my love, time and energy into the cats that come into my rescue. I live with them so I am very familiar with them and their background. Supporting small rescuers is very much appreciated in this crazy world. Honestly, we are the "boots on the ground" out there, taking on a lot without the resources or the popularity of the larger rescues.

Save Our Strays uses some of our profits and donations to get surgeries done for cats that have no one to pay to get them to get spayed/neutered (TNR). We sterilize over 100 community cats each year, preventing 1000s of them from being born outside.
