Katie is one charming, feisty, playful, loving calico kitty! Photo coming soon but write us anyway if you love calico girls. She is mostly white (very white!) with exquisite green eyes and patches of tabby/black and orange. She's gorgeous. Katie came to us from the eastern shore when some teenagers were caught trying to stomp on her - yep stomp on her - she was a very tiny kitten then. She amazingly does not seem to have any recall of that. She did however come with some ringworm and a parasite, but that is all nearly gone. She has been confined to a big cage in front of a big window and in a family living room so while she can not play among everyone she is among everyone. Her feisty play is likely due to the separation from all and that will tone down as she is free to move about again. She is now parasite free and we are waiting to make sure all her fur has grown back and no new spots appear. Not all of our cats attend every adoption show so please send an email before you come to meet a particular cat so we can make appropriate arrangements.<br/><br/><BR><BR><CENTER> ABOUT OUR SHELTER</center><BR><BR>Cats R Us is a not for profit, 501(c)(3) feral cat rescue group that operates two small shelters and a foster home program in the Annapolis, Maryland area. Our main focus is TNR (Trap, Neuter and Return). We are a NO KILL facility and our cats will stay with us as long as it takes for them to find their forever home. Our adoption fee is $110.00. The adoption fee covers the kitty having been altered, vaccinated (age appropriate), tested for feline leukemia and feline aids, dewormed, deflead and demited.
