Meet Kasper
Kasper is a lap cat! Very loving to his foster parents, but a little shy to strangers. Under a year, he is affectionate and loves to play with his siblings and other kitties. He was rescued from the street as a kitten. Great with other cats and a layback dog. He now lives with a dog.
