Meet Juno

Hello I'm Juno! I'm a fur-boy who is between 1 and 2 years old. I'm mostly tame but I can be shy and scared at first when I meet people. It doesn't take me too long to warm up though and then I'm a snuggle bug with the people I love. Right now I live with some other cats that dislike me. Can you believe that?! I know! Me either, harrumph.

I'm very lovable but these other cats haven't been able to accept me into the home I'm living in now. It makes me sad that I need to find a new home. However, I have faith that I can learn to trust and love another family like I have with this family.

As you will notice in my pictures, I have a scar from where these other cats were unkind to me. Other than my scar, I'm in tip-top shape, and I'm ready to be re-homed to my forever family. It's time for me to find them! Is it you? I hope so!

I live with Savie Torres in TorC, and she can tell you all about how wonderful I am. Please call or text Savie at 575-571-5072 to ask about me. If you prefer email, send Savie an email: saviem13@gmail.com.

Savie also has a different black cat she is working on taming, so that can doesn't need to live on the streets anymore. If you would like to learn about either of Savie's cats, please connect with her via her phone number or email above.

These two young cats are listed by Sierra County Humane Society (SCHS) as part of our Adopt-a-Pet Referral program. There is no adoption fee when adopting either of these companion animals. When adopted in Sierra County, the adopter is eligible to receive a certificate from SCHS which is good for $50 off a spay surgery or $40 off a neuter surgery once in the adoptive home. The adopter can contact SCSH at 575-894-1694 or WeR4pets@gmail.com to apply for a sterilization certificate.
