Julia Domestic Short Hair & Calico Mix Montclair, NJ

Julia was found on the side of a highway, neglected, malnourished, and terrified. A good samaritan rescued her and brought her to Cameron Animal Hospital, where she was nursed back to health.
When she first arrived Julia was scared and didn't trust people. But after several months of nursing care and kindness, she has learned that people can be trusted (and give really good head scratches). Julia loves cozy beds, and likes to play with different toys. She also really likes being pet and having human attention and company, but she does have an independent streak.
Julia isn't sure about other animals; she'd tolerate a calm dog who would ignore her, but other cats are hit or miss. She would prefer to be the center of your attention! She would be a great fit for someone who worked from home who wants a quiet companion (but not one who needs attention 24/7). She would do great with older children, but isn't a good fit for younger children who might want to carry her.
Above all Julia deserves a family who will love her and treat her well for the rest of her life.
