Journey wouldn't mind to be an only cat with a human who has time to give him the positive attention he needs. He does get along with other cats who allow him to be the boss and ignore his sneak attacks. He sometimes snuggles with other foster cats, though is mostly independent.

He is a quiet guy who doesn't talk much but loves to play. He loves catnip toys, balls, springs and interactive play with wand toys or laser pointers. He likes to climb tall cat trees and look out big windows. When he is tired he will find his plush bed and make biscuits as he purrs and falls asleep.

Journey has had a difficult past as his name suggests, he has had a journey alright! He needs someone who is committed to him, to accept him as he is, quirks and all. He is a typical orange cat personality! If you have never looked into the orange cat personality--stop reading and google it, LOL.

He is curious, inquisitive, observant, playful and naughty (LOL). He needs an owner with patience, understanding, and kindness . He loves to get a kiss before each meal. He is highly intelligent and can even sit for treats as he is food motivated. He focuses on his person with eye contact; he listens well and gets bored easily. When bored he may swat you or use his mouth to pull at your clothing.

He has been let down by humans too many times and needs his next person to be understanding and kind to him. He has been in rescue for over 1 year and is a good boy who needs time to adjust, to build trust and to finally be loved. He would thrive in an adult only home.
