Hello there, I'm Josephine!

I'm a 4-year-old black and white lady with a soft heart and a story to tell. For a long time, I lived on the streets, doing my best to find food and stay safe. It wasn't easy - especially with my pesky food allergy that made me feel pretty awful sometimes. But those tough days are behind me now, and I'm dreaming of something brand new: a warm home, a soft bed, and a person who'll love me for life.

I can be a little shy when we first meet - after all, I had to be cautious out there in the big wide world. But once I realize I'm safe, I show my true colors: gentle, affectionate, and so grateful for every bit of love I'm given. I adore soft pets, cozy naps, and quiet moments by your side.

I'm hoping to find a family who can help me keep feeling my best by sticking to the foods that are safe for me (I promise I'm worth the extra care!). I'm also really looking forward to the day I can finally say goodbye to this cone - it's not exactly my favorite fashion accessory.
