Jonah & Jace are a bonded pair and MUST go to a home together

Polydactyl brothers Jonah & Jace were rescued from the streets of Staten Island.

These two are like yin and yang and make a purrfect pair! Jonah (mostly tabby with white belly) is cuddly and sweet. He loves to play with his brother Jace, but is generally pretty chill and calm. He loves to be held, particularly by the kids in his foster home. He purrs as soon as he's picked up. He likes play-fighting with Jace and playing with ribbon toys with the kids. If you pick up Jace, Jonah will get jealous - meowing a lot at your feet, rubbing against your legs, and nibbling your ankles - he doesn't want to be left out! Jonah is very kid-friendly (his foster family had a toddler and an older kid). Jonah offers meows and leg snuggles as you get their food ready. He has such pretty markings on his front paws, a majestic vest of white fur on his chest, and lovely markings around his eyes. He really looks like a royal kitty. He is seriously the most chill cat ever. Nothing seems to phase him! He's still a little bit shy about being picked up, but with continued gentle handling, he'll likely acclimate to it.

Jace (white with tabby markings) is a playful, independent kitten. He loves playing with his toys, particularly running up and pouncing on the cat tunnel. He doesn't like to be picked up or patted much, but every now and then he'll let you pat/hold him. With dedicated practice & care, he may get to a point where he enjoys being handled. He still hides but again, with stability that will likely change. Jace likes to munch on plants, so best to keep them out of his reach. He loves to zoom around the apartment and gets on very well with Jonah. He has the most amazing polydactyl mitten paws!

GOOD HOME is a 501(c)(3) non-profit. All of our cats are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, SNAP tested and microchipped. Our adoption process includes an application, a friendly conversation, a quick home check, a contract and an adoption fee of $225 per cat (which helps us cover veterinary care) and $150 for seniors or cats with manageable illnesses. The fee is $25 for FeLV+ or cats that require especially high levels of ongoing care.
