Jojo was fostered with a resident cat, dog and fine with older children who can respect his boundaries. While at the adoption centre, Jojo has found his sister of a different mother, Chutney, and the two are now bonded buddies for life.

Meet Jojo, the energetic and super-smart cat who’s ready to bring excitement and love into your home! This little genius is always up for a challenge—whether it’s learning new tricks, solving puzzles, or keeping you on your toes during playtime. Jojo thrives on mental stimulation and have found a perfect playmate in Chutney. He’s FULL of energy and loves to explore, but is also very affectionate and enjoys winding down with some quality cuddle time.

Jojo met his doppelgänger, Chutney, while at the adoption centre. It’s as if they saw mirror images of each other, and decided they’re going to be best friends for life! Jojo’s cool soul patch is a quick way to ID him, as is his confident, friendly approach to life in general. Jojo helps the more hesitant Chutney to be braver and more open to human interactions, and the two pals often call out to each other if they are not in each other’s sight.

Jojo would thrive in a home with kids who can respect his boundaries, as he appreciates his personal space. Plus, he’s totally fine with dogs, making him a versatile addition to many types of families. Our adoption fees cover vetting and include spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccines (initial FVRCP and rabies), flea treatment, two dewormings and microchipping.

Adoption fees are $250 for each adult cat 1 year or older. Please note that fees may apply for additional required vaccinations (at $75 per booster) due prior to adoption. Total adoption fees will be confirmed by the AVA Adoption Coordinator.
