John-5/10/21 Domestic Short Hair Lambertville, NJ

THOMAS is a very energetic, playful and sweet 12 week old kitten (as of 5/3/21) who came to Animal Alliance as a feral. He was found on his own and was extremely scared and defensive (he does hiss when he’s scared, but he’s not at all aggressive. A quick scratch under the neck and the fear is gone). He’s still a bit shy about being out in the open and his first instinct is to find a nook to hide in. But, he’s very confident and outgoing once he feels like he’s in a safe space. He's very play motivated and LOVES to chase feathers and other cat toys. He is very cuddly when he calms down, but he has a lot of kitten energy and does not like to be restrained for long. But, given a few cuddles and scratches, he'll snuggle in and purr himself to sleep. Every day he’s building more confidence and self-assurance and his amazing personality is shining through.

THOMAS is very cat-social and dog-curious. THOMAS is pure black and is spayed/neutered, current on vaccinations, dewormed, and tested negative for FIV and FeLV.

Animal Alliance has many cats and kittens for adoption. Animal Alliance does have some cats and kittens in foster care and living in-house at PetSmart in Flemington, so not all are housed at our Lambertville adoption center.
