Meet Jellyfish! The Sweet, Skunk-Chinned Foodie



Jellyfish is a big, handsome tuxedo boy with the most unique markings. The white patch under his chin looks just like a little skunk stripe! But don’t worry, there’s nothing stinky about this guy — just a whole lot of charm and sweetness.



Jellyfish has been through a lot, and it shows in his gentle, conflict-averse nature. He has FIV, but you’d never guess it from how peaceful and easygoing he is. When my resident cats have hissed at him, he immediately retreats rather than engage. It’s clear that life on the streets, where he was probably picked on by other male cats, left its mark. He isn’t completely stressed out by other cats and is comfortable enough to hang out with us all, but he keeps his distance and prefers the quiet safety of his own space. He’d do well as a solo cat, but with the right laid-back feline companion, he could adjust just fine.



Despite his cautious side, Jellyfish has a fun, playful personality, especially when food is involved. He’s a little foodie at heart and always lights up at mealtime. He’s also incredibly affectionate once he feels safe, leaning in for pets and showing his sweet, trusting side.
