Jeff Domestic Short Hair Vernon Hills, IL

Jeff is hands down the smartest cat I’ve ever come across. Unfortunately he was relinquished to us by his person, he was too active for apartment living. Jeff is so intelligent that he figured out how to get attention from his person by doing naughty things around the house. His person at the time was too tired from working all day to accommodate his needs so he is now with us.
Jeff definitely needs an environment where he can be stimulated most of the day, a home with multiple cats or children would be ideal for this genius kitty!
He loves to go on stroller rides through the aisles of Petsmart and gets so excited when he sees people. Jeff would be a fabulous student for someone who would like to teach him “tricks” or “jobs”. He is also extremely affectionate and really enjoys being around people but he needs someone who will accommodate his demanding personality. Jeff would be the ideal kitty for someone who wants a “Velcro” cat, he would probably really enjoy stroller walks or backpack walks, or even be trained on a leash and harness.
