Meet Jasper!
Jasper is a super sweet 2 year old guy looking for a forever home.
He was found a few months ago freezing and emaciated at a construction site. He has been in foster care getting better and now that he is he would love a home of his own.
Jasper is like a big kitten. He still LOVES to run around and play and he plays hard. He would love a home with another cat that can match his energy level.
He has also done well with dogs after a proper introduction.
