Bonjour, my name is Jacoby. I'm a black and white boy kitty who is five months old. I'll be honest, I've not been at my best lately--I'm getting over being sick, and my eyes are taking a minute to get better, which puts me in a bit of a grumpy, growly mood. But if you approach me slowly and kindly, I am okay with being pet. As I get better, I'll definitely want more attention. I have been feeling good enough to play some with the toys that some people brought, and to play with my sister, Jasmine. I would love to be adopted with her, but I am okay if we get adopted separately. Anyway, come down to the shelter, and maybe I'll discover that you're my furever friend!

The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
