Jack, sweet, spicy, chonky Jack.... He's one of those cats that just can't seem to find the right fit. He is so affectionate and wants so badly to be loved, but he's got some pretty specific qualities that make him... A little harder to get to know. He doesn't show well because he is constantly around all the other cats that he doesn't like and it makes him stressed. We could possibly do a foster-to-adopt, if someone kind would like to give him a chance. We hope someone is out there for Jack. We really think that once out of this stressful situation, he will be an amazing friend.

1. He growls a little bit when he's happy. Honestly it's adorable, but it makes prospective adopters nervous.
2. He's a little feisty sometimes. He wants attention and affection, but will definitely let you know when he's had enough.
3. For that reason, he really would THRIVE in a family where he is the center of attention (with no other animals and no small children).
These things combined make Jack's adoption chances less likely.

Do you have the patience and the love in your heart to give Jack a loving home?? JACK needs to be the only cat in the home. We don't know about dogs, but it would need to be a non-aggressive dog and a proper, slow introduction.
